1st &  2nd – Saturday & Sunday:  Super Tour

Men’s, Women’s, Open and Junior divisions.  Sprint races Sat.  Qualifying races at 9 AM and elimination heats at 11:00 AM.  Sunday  10k and 15k mass start classic races.  Women begin at 9:00 AM.  Men at 10:0.    www.bsfnordic for more information

8th – Saturday:  Bobcat Christmas Pole 

Kick off the ski season with your participation in this low key ski fundraiser event for the MSU Nordic Ski Team.  1k & 3k classic or skate races begin at 10:30.  5k and 10k skate races begin at 11:00 AM. Race day registration 9:00 to 10:00 AM.  Camaraderie, fun and prizes!  Support the Cats! January

6th – Sunday:  Subaru of Bozeman Skinny Festival

Bohart Ranch offers the community an opportunity to give Nordic skiing a try!  $5 trail pass.  $5 classic or skate rentals.  FREE / complimentary beginner introductory classic & skate lessons at 9:30 AM, 12:00 Noon or 2:30 PM.  Adults and children welcomed.  Bring the family!  Reservations for lessons and equipment required.   Call Bohart, 586-9070 beginning Jan 2nd.  Limited registration fills quickly!

12th – Saturday:  Wax Clinic

Basic introduction to ski waxing.  10:00 AM to 12:30  or  1:00 PM  to  3:30.  Call Bohart for information and to register.  586-9070.

19th & 20th – Saturday & Sunday:  JO Qualifier

Saturday 9:00 AM start for Sprint / classic race.  Sunday 9:00 AM interval starts for 3, 5, 10k skate races.  For more information  www.briderskifoundation.com

26th – Saturday:  Sacagawea Ski Classic

February

3rd – Sunday: Bohart Bonus Day

Ski Bohart at reduced prices!  ADULTS: $8 Trail Fee, $8 classic ski rental.  CHILDREN: $5 Trail Fee for ages  7 – 12.  Ages 6 and under free.  $5 classic ski rental.  Put your name in a drawing for a FREE 2014 Season Pass.  Warm up at the Trail Shelter.  Bring your picnic lunch for a fun day with family and friends!

9th – Saturday:  Montana Senior Olympics

Senior Olympics welcomes skiers of all abilities 45 yeaars and older to participate.  Classic 5k & 10k races begin at 10:00 AM.  Skate 5k & 10k races begin at 1:00 PM.  Medals awarded in five year age brackets (45-49, 50-54, etc.).  Info call 406-586-5543 or e-mail  kayjn@imt.net.

22nd &  23rd – Friday & Saturday: MSU  NCAA  Invitaional Races
